Support

TeamMediaLLC.com offer two different levels of support, Silver and Gold Support.

Silver Support is our standard support which gives you access to our knowledgebase, live support, email support, and phone support. Our hosting plans that have silver level support put data backup in the hands of the user. Plans with Silver Level support do not off any data recovery.

Gold Support offers everything that Silver Support offers but provides the customer with emergency data recovery for up to 21 days from the date of request. If you loose or corrupt your data simply request a backup and we will locate one within the past 21 days. Please see our policies for further details.
